The Clinic uses Asthma Disease Management as a proficient tool for providing excellent asthma care. The program encompasses an analytical and objective structure in the delivery of health care for patients with asthma based on the National Asthma Education and Prevention Program Guidelines. Outcome analysis, data collection and quality management are used to define the best practices and continually assess the outcomes. The purpose of the Clinic's Asthma Disease Management Program is to provide state-of-the-art disease management and optimize clinical and economical outcomes.
